An overview of the unit

Within the framework of the strategic plan to develop the University of Tabuk and its branches, the Talent and Creativity Unit was established by a decision of the Dean of Student Affairs to join its colleagues from the support units in the college and under the direct supervision of the Dean of the College and the Vice Dean of the College, in order to spread the culture of creativity and create opportunities for talented members of the faculty, students and all College employees, and helping them to create and innovate by introducing initiatives that serve everyone and provide them with the necessary care to advance their creativity and talents.

Objectives

1. Encouraging innovation in the educational process and improving the performance of faculty members through the use of world-class methods and techniques in teaching and learning.

2. Developing and encouraging creativity and excellence among faculty members and students through implementing professional development programs based on creativity and benefiting from various talents.

3? Encouraging and spreading the culture of creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship among faculty members and students by providing incentives and initiatives that are distinguished by seriousness and distinction.

4. Encouraging extra-curricular activities to develop independent thinking skills, innovation and leadership skills among students and faculty members.

 5. Contribute to attracting the business sector to sponsor innovative ideas for students and faculty members, and to organize seminars and workshops on recent innovations related to entrepreneurship.

6. Building distinguished relationships with talented female graduates that contribute to supporting and developing the college’s performance.

7. Establishing and activating bridges of partnership and twinning between the departments of the college and the departments of similar colleges in scientific and academic specializations. Programs offered by the Unit: . Implement innovative programs. . Focus on implementing innovations that require small financial budgets to reach creative innovations. . Training of female students on enrichment programs in various fields of innovation. ·         College representation in scientific forums and competitions both internally and externally. ·         Implementation of the programs and activities of the unit for gifted with a focus on the skills that provide them qualify them for the transfer of talent during vacation periods. Committee members :
