Malek alrashidi is assistant professor at University of Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, he obtained his PhD at the School of Computer Science and Electronic Engineering at the University of Essex, UK, where he parts of the Intelligent Environments Research Group (IEG) and the Immersive Education Lab (iEL) He obtained a MSc in computer Science at Newcastle University, UK (2011), and BSc in Computer Science at Taibah University, Saudi Arabia (2008) His main research focus on the areas of mixed, augmented and virtual reality (MR/AR/VR), artificial intelligence (AI), ambient intelligence (AmI), internet-of-things (IoT), cyber-physical systems (CPS), intelligent environments, computer-supported collaborative work (CSCW), technology-enhanced learning (TEL), and human-computer interaction (HCI)
