The Ministry of Social Affairs Project (2020) It is mostly proposed that public services quality, individuals’ income are the main sources of public happiness, satisfaction and inspiration However, economic, social and public services development acts as the main goal of all societies, recently individuals with higher level of happiness and satisfactory public services’ quality are an objective to target In this research project, researchers attempted to investigate public services quality and the individuals’ income and the Saudi families’ standards of happiness and satisfaction within the Saudi Vision 2030’s perspective In order to do so, the researchers began directly collecting information from a group of selected inhabitants from 9 major regions are Jeddah, Riyadh, Makkah, Dammam, Madina, Aseer, Al Taif, Al Baha and Jezzan cities through interviews and questionnaire surveys The sample included 100 participants from each city (900 Total) The researchers used the statistical technique of Cronbach’s Alpha to measure the credibility of the participants’ responses and analytical descriptive methodology in order to analyze all data The findings showed that certain factors such individuals’ income works as drivers of happiness and therefore correlates positively with achieving certain level of happiness amongst Saudi families within the Saudi Vision 2030’s perspective
