Praise be to Allah and peace be upon the noblest of his creation Prophet Mohammed . The Secretariat of the Scientific Council is one of the earliest established sections of the University Administration. It was established in 2006; its function is to organize and conduct the business of the Scientific Council.  Since its inception the Secretariat exerted an immense effort to improve its working machinery under the guidance of the Rector and the Vice Rector for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research. The Secretariat was able to design all the submission forms required to conduct the business of the Council, thus facilitating for the academic staff their communication with the Scientific Council and its Permanent and Ad Hock committees; these forms are now available on-line.
