Praise be to Allah and peace be upon the noblest of his creation Prophet Mohammed . The Secretariat of the University Council is one of the earliest established sections of the University Administration and it is unquestionably the most important. It was established in 2006; its function is to organize and conduct the business of the Council which is the top legislative organ of the University.  Since its inception the Secretariat exerted an immense effort to improve its working machinery under the guidance of the Rector and the Vice Rector for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research. One of the advanced steps taken was the introduction of Video Conferencing which had greatly facilitated the contributions and interaction of members without necessarily physically leaving   their Faculty premises.
