معز بلّعج متحصل على درجة الدكتوراه في علوم التصرف و الإدارة من جامعة مون بيليي (Montpellier) الفرنسية برتبة مشرف جدّا و على الماجستير من الجامعة التونسية بدرجة جيّد جدّا. يدرّس حاليّا كأستاذ مساعد بكليّة  إدارة الأعمال بجامعة تبوك وله خبرة تناهز العشر سنوات في مجال البحث و التدريس والتدريب والعمل الاستشاري في إدارة المؤسسات والتسويق.

 له العديد من المؤلفات العلمية من أبحاث وكتب و مقالات وقام بالمشاركة في عدّة ملتقيات و مؤتمرات عالمية في العديد من البلدان. مجال خبرته العام يتعلّق بالإدارة في المؤسسات و مجال تخصصه الدقيق يتعلق باستراتجيات التسويق وتحليل المعلومات بواسطة البرمجيّات الحديثة.
